In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to create your listing and add tour packages on VayaTribe, step by step, in the simplest way possible.
Once you are successfully onboarded as a tour guide on VayaTribe, you’ll land on the home screen of the platform.
At the bottom-right corner, you’ll notice a “+” button.
This button is the starting point for creating your presence on VayaTribe.
When you tap on it, you’ll see two options:
Upload Video
Create Listing
Important:
Before creating a listing, you must upload a video first. Your listing will be built around this video.
Click on Upload Video, and a new window will open.
1. Add Video Details
You’ll be asked to:
Enter a Video Name (example: Jodhpur Heritage Walking Tour)
Upload the Main Video
Upload Supporting Files
2. Upload Main Video
This should be your primary tour video.
For example:
A short clip of you guiding travelers
City visuals
Tour highlights
Any raw footage of your tours
No need for perfection — raw videos work just fine.
3. Upload Supporting Files
Supporting files help our editing team understand your vision better. You can upload:
A written script
Voice-over audio
Photos
Reference videos
Any additional material
Example:
If you offer Jodhpur tours, upload one main video and add photos of Mehrangarh Fort, Blue City streets, or guest experiences as supporting files.
4. Add Instructions for the Editing Team
Below the supporting files section, you’ll find an Information box.
Here, you can tell us:
How you want the video to feel (cinematic, informative, energetic)
Any text, music, or style preferences
Special instructions or add-ons
5. Submit Your Video
Once you click Upload, your video is sent to VayaTribe’s in-house video editing team.
Yes — video editing is completely FREE.
No hidden charges. No limits.
While the video is being edited, you can track its status in the Editing tab located in the bottom navigation bar.
You’ll be able to see:
Whether the video is received
If editing is in progress
When it’s completed
Once editing is done:
The edited video is uploaded by the VayaTribe team
You’ll receive a notification
Now you have two options:
Approve the Video
If you like the video, simply click Approve.
Request Changes
If you want improvements:
Reject the video
Clearly mention the additional changes required
The team will re-edit it — again, free of cost.
Once your video is approved, it’s time to create your listing.
Go back to the “+ / Add” button on the bottom-left corner and select Create Listing.
1. Add Listing Name
A new window opens where you:
Enter the Listing Name (this will be visible to travelers)
Click Save
Your listing is now saved as a Draft — visible only to you.
On the draft card, you’ll see:
Edit Draft
View Details
View Details
This shows how your listing will look to travelers once live.
Edit Draft
Click Edit Draft, then tap the Edit button (top-right corner) to complete your listing.
Now you’ll see a Basic Information Form.
1. Select Edited Video
Choose the video edited by VayaTribe from the dropdown menu
2. Add Heading
This heading appears on the page where travelers view your video and photos.

3. Add Description
Write a detailed description about:
Your tour experience
What travelers can expect
What makes your tour special
Keep it honest and personal — travelers love authenticity.
Now comes the most important part — Packages.
Click on Add Package.
For each package, you can add:
1. Upload Images
Scenic views
Past tours
Happy travelers
Landmarks
2. Package Name
Example:
Jodhpur Half-Day Heritage Tour
Blue City Walking Tour
3. Facilities Included
Mention what’s included, such as:
Local guide
Entry assistance
Cultural walk
Pickup support (if any)
4. Package Description
Explain:
Duration
Key highlights
Experience details
5. Price
Add the price for that specific package.
Click Create Package.
You can create multiple packages under the same listing.
Once everything is filled:
Click Save Draft if you want to make changes later
Click Go Live to publish your listing
Your tour listing will now be visible to travelers on VayaTribe.
You can edit your listing anytime by:
Going to Home
Clicking View Listing
Selecting View Details
Tapping Edit
